FAQs - Common Questions About Newborn Photography

When is the ideal time for a newborn shoot? The best time is when the baby is between 5 and 15 days old. After 20 days, babies are usually less sleepy and harder to pose.

Where will the photoshoot take place? Our studio in New Bowenpally, Hyderabad, offers a comfortable space with a private area for feeding and changing.

Is a family or sibling session available? Yes, we include family portraits in our newborn package, offering three images of the family. Additional images can be purchased for Rs 500 each.

What should the newborn wear? Just bring feeding and diapering supplies. We provide all the props and outfits for the newborn.

What should parents wear? You can find clothing ideas in our portfolio.

What time should we arrive? How long will the session take? Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Sessions can last 1-3 hours, depending on the baby.

What if I need to reschedule? You can reschedule up to 7 days in advance. For medical emergencies, we're more flexible. Missed appointments or being over 1 hour late will result in a lost deposit.

How early should I book? Book on or before your baby's arrival. Check last-minute availability by calling us.

How do I book a session? Call or WhatsApp us to book. Your session is confirmed once we receive your deposit. Full payment is due before your session ends.

When will I receive the photos? Delivery takes 10-15 days. You'll get your delivery date at your session.

Do you offer printed photos? No, we provide edited soft copies and raw files only.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All photos are shared digitally.
  • Booking is confirmed with a deposit (20% of the session price or full amount), which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Extra edited images: Rs 1000 for 2, Rs 2000 for 5, Rs 3000 for 10.
  • Additional photos with friends/family: Rs 2000 per person for 3 images.
  • Last-minute changes to colors, themes, or accessories cannot be accommodated after the creative consultation.
  • Additional themes are Rs 3000 each.
